Quick answers to common questions
A: Close and restart the app, and check your internet connection. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@dreammirror.com.tr with your device model and error message.
A: Please send an email to info@dreammirror.com.tr with your App Store / Google Play receipt and your in-app username. We'll verify and activate your access as soon as possible.
A: These features are only available for Premium / Lifetime users. If your Premium subscription is active, try logging out and back in from "Account > Sign Out" in the app. If the issue persists, please contact us.
A: You can delete your account directly from the app by going to the Profile tab and tapping "Delete Account" (located above the "Sign Out" button at the bottom). Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. Important: If you have an active Premium subscription, deleting your account will not cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately from your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, Android: Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions).
A: Free users can interpret 1 dream per day. For more interpretations, you can upgrade to Premium (10 dreams per day) or Lifetime (unlimited dreams).
A: For iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and cancel from there. For Android: Go to Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions and cancel. After cancellation, your Premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
